North Tyneside are looking to elect a Youth Mayor. It looks like this is a thought-out elected position with a serious budget available to the succesful Youth mayor. I'm really impressed with this! (I hope they've given some serious thought too as to how the Youth Mayor relates to decision making processes and how there needs to be a look at the power dynamics)
