Because we live in a truth-bound world, all films make truth claims. These claims are either consistent with, or opposed to, the truth claims of Scripture. The position the film takes doesn't really matter as long as we know the truth - the film just serves as a starting point for discussions. As long as we can pinpoint the significant arguments in a film, we have an opening for spiritual dialogue.
