Back to School - Sticky Faith

Youth Specialities - Real Help for Real Ministry From Youth Specialties on Tuesday, July 31, 2012 @ 8:08 PM PST
in the "Resources" Category.
Back to School.  Those words probably make you cringe a little. Sorry about that. In the midst of wrapping up camps, mission trips, and summer ministry rhythms, we know that back-to-school season might not yet be at the forefront of your mind. At the same time, you know it’s time to start preparing for the ministry year ahead.  That’s where FYI comes in.  At the Fuller Youth Institute, we’ve been thinking about your ministry year. In fact we’ve been working for months on three all-new sets of Sticky Faith resources designed to support you throughout the seasons. We’re calling it a Year of Sticky Faith, and we invite you to join us. Best of all, most everything’s free. To kick off the Back-to-School season, we’re hosting three 20-minute webcasts on August 7, 8, and 9 from 11-11:20 AM PDT.  In these webcasts we’ll share stories of the impact of Sticky Faith as well as practical ideas youth workers can consider for the next school year.  Each day our team will be joined by other leaders like you from around the country who have been working to put Sticky Faith principles into practice in their contexts. You will hear their great ideas, and we hope that will spark your own even greater ideas for your ministry. Join us for all three: August 7 - The Relational Safety Net Your Students Need This School Year August 8 - Reshaping Your Ministry to Build Sticky Faith August 9, 11:00 AM PDT – How to Partner With Parents in New Ways This Year    Check out stickyfaith.org for more details and to watch the webcasts!
